Yellow and Black Ambergris on Red Plastic
This yellow and black ambergris, a heart shape on red plastic, is genuine ambergris from my own photos at Ambergris Canada. I'm Nabil Valiulla, and I've assessed 4,678 specimens since 2004. If you've found something similar, anywhere in the world, send me photos and I'll help you identify and value it for free.

- Notes
- A heart shape on red plastic
A flat, roughly heart-shaped piece of ambergris on a crumpled red plastic sheet over wooden boards, in bright sun. Its top is yellow and cream, cracked into irregular plates, with dark brown and black patches around the edges. The strong light brings out the waxy shine on the yellow areas.

I post new pieces, field trips and identification tips on Instagram.

Most of what washes up is driftwood and stone. I post the pieces that aren't, and how I tell them apart.
