Long Speckled Ambergris, Video Frame
This long speckled ambergris, dark grey with white flecks, is genuine ambergris from my own photos at Ambergris Canada. I'm Nabil Valiulla, and I've assessed 4,678 specimens since 2004. If you've found something similar, anywhere in the world, send me photos and I'll help you identify and value it for free.

Another frame from my video on understanding ambergris. One hand holds a long piece out in front of a grey T-shirt, and the far end runs past the edge of the frame. It is dark grey to olive, densely speckled with white and cream flecks, and its rough surface catches the light in small bumps.

I post new pieces, field trips and identification tips on Instagram.
Most of what washes up is driftwood and stone. I post the pieces that aren't, and how I tell them apart.
