Small Grey-Brown Ambergris in Hand
This small grey-brown ambergris, round, held over a lawn, is genuine ambergris from my own photos at Ambergris Canada. I'm Nabil Valiulla, and I've assessed 4,678 specimens since 2004. If you've found something similar, anywhere in the world, send me photos and I'll help you identify and value it for free.

- Small grey-brown ambergris
- Notes
- Round, held over a lawn
A small, rounded piece of ambergris held between the fingers and thumb over a sunny lawn. It is grey-brown with a darker speckled surface and a flatter, paler face on one side. The hand around it shows its size: it fits easily in the palm.

I post new pieces, field trips and identification tips on Instagram.
Most of what washes up is driftwood and stone. I post the pieces that aren't, and how I tell them apart.
